Dear Patient,
Please note that all prices are for informational purposes only. Your appointment is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by us in some form (e.g. email or phone).
If the appointment does not suit you and you wish to cancel it, please notify us by email at [email protected].
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please inform us in advance. As rescheduling requires time and coordination, cancellation or modification of appointments is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, either through the online booking system or by emailing [email protected].
In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the full fee of the reserved therapy session must be paid by bank transfer. We are only able to approve a new appointment once this payment has been settled.
During your first visit, you will participate in a mandatory initial assessment. This assessment is required even if you have previously received treatment elsewhere and arrive with medical reports. The assessment includes a musculoskeletal examination, evaluation of any documents provided, development of a treatment plan, and professional consultation. Treatment will also begin during this first appointment.
Therapy passes are valid for 3 months. Unused sessions cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please note that in case of cancellation within 24 hours, one session will be deducted from the therapy pass.
